Under the African Research Network (ARN), ALEC Fellows, researchers and scholars share their research; discuss policy issues affecting the African Diaspora and Africa, its democratic transitions, Good Governance, Human rights, the economy, leadership and strategy.
ALEC Fellows are experts in their professional fields, able to provide respected opinion on issues advocated by the organization, as well as provide expert testimonies to the US Congress.
