The African Leadership Empowerment Council is a U.S. 527 Organization of Pan-African people immigrated to the United States and who are interested in their integration into the American political mainstream at all levels, Africa, its vision, its relationships with the world, and its socio-economic, political and sustainable development. Its proclamations, decisions and resolutions are intended to the re-creation of the African presence in America, a way for Africans to assert their individual identity while affirming their cohesiveness to the global American values and culture.
