Works closely with the President/CEO and Board Members to foster the strategic vision and the overall organizational process through which ALEC develops and implements the internal capacity to most efficiently and effectively provide its mission and to sustain itself over long term.

Providing assistance to Policy Analysts or experts to create a strategic plan, network and partnerships to advocate for the African and African-American issues at the US Senate and House; Local and State governments; The State Department and International organizations.
ALEC Board Member:Finances & Fund Development
Providing proper strategy of the Fund Development process and as the driving force behind ALEC Educational Excellence, Fund Raising is a key in fulfilling its mission. Helps develop strategies and procedures for public solicitation, matching gift programs, donor recognition, special campaigns, and much more.
ALEC Board Member:ALEC Scholarship Program
Providing strategies to develop ALEC Scholarship program, support for scholarships and related activities that empower individuals throughout the US and Africa in order to improve the social, educational and intellectual environments of their communities by actively engaging scholarship support for Middle and High Schools, Colleges and Universities. In addition, the program also generates social change and promotes academic achievement.
